Lascaux

They are more than 20000 years old and maybe even older than we still think. Most of them keep being in a very good shape and are known to us as the cave painting of Lascaux. They were only discovered in 1940 and even Picasso didn’t know what to say when he saw them first. A world of forms and colours mostly produced of plant and minerals, which give us a fantastic impression of the life people had such a long time ago where there were only a few tribes living on the earth.
